What this website collects
This website builds no visitor profiles and collects no personal data from ordinary browsing.
Visitor numbers are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or other details that identify you. Only aggregate data is recorded, such as which pages were viewed, the country, the device type and the website you came from. Visits are told apart by a cryptographic identifier (hash) that resets every day. The legal basis is legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is collected only if you choose to get in touch or book an appointment, as described below.
The “Let's get to know each other” form
The form collects your full name, email address, phone number, the time of day you prefer to be contacted and, optionally, the message you choose to write.
Your details are sent by email directly to me through the Resend service, which acts as data processor, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. The website does not store them in a database of its own.
This data is used solely to contact you and arrange our introductory call. Legal basis: your consent, given through the checkbox on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Please do not enter sensitive health information in the free-text message field. A brief note about the topic is enough.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact me by email or phone, your details are used only to respond to your enquiry.
Data arising from therapy
Data arising in the course of sessions is special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR) and is covered by professional confidentiality and the psychologists’ code of ethics.
This data is not held on this website. Separate information and consent regarding its handling is provided at the start of our work together.
Retention
Form and contact data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and to meet any legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights: evgenia.kalogirou.psy@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data. This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
